On-site operations

Coordination on the ground so that the event plan happens as designed: flows, timings, teams and the unexpected.

What we deliver

    An IVENTS lead in direct contact with production, the venue and the client.

  • Flows, queues and access

    Design and management of entrances, zones and circulation, including zoned accreditation. At sports events and shows, ticket validation and access control.

  • Team supervision

    Shifts, positions, breaks and replacements managed in real time.

  • Problem solving

    Decisions on the ground without escalating to the client, and a record of what happened.

How it works

  • We review the event plan and propose the operations set-up: positions, zones, shifts and communication.
  • Before the event we align with production and the venue and brief the teams.
  • During the event we coordinate on site and deliver a debrief at the end.

Event mobility

Guest and speaker transport coordinated with the event programme, with executive drivers and shuttles.

    Circuits between hotel, venue and social programme, with coordinated timetables.

  • We coordinate vehicles, drivers and meeting points with the event operation.
  • During the event a coordinator tracks timings and adjusts in real time.
