About IVENTS
We organise events with the attention of people who have run the operation.
IVENTS was born on the ground: accreditation, team management, access control and activations at events run by other organisers. Today we organise complete events with the same discipline.

In its first projects, IVENTS ran the operation of events organised by others: accreditation and team management at the Lisbon Bar Show, access control and VIP zones at Monsantos Open Air, player check-in at the Almada Padel Academy tournaments, the Shanky’s Whip promotion teams in Lisbon and Porto.
That experience taught us where events fail: in flows, in timings, in the communication between production, venue and teams. That is where we start when we organise an event from beginning to end.
We work with a single point of contact per project, and with production, catering, audiovisual, set-design and logistics partners chosen for each event.
Lisbon, Porto and the Algarve with our own teams. Elsewhere in Portugal depending on the project. Bilingual PT/EN teams.
How we work
- 01
Understand the project
We grasp the objective, the audience and what is already decided before proposing anything.
- 02
Develop the proposal
Format, venue, components and cost estimate, with IVENTS’s scope described in writing.
- 03
Plan and coordinate
Suppliers, timeline and operations plan, with a single person responsible on our side.
- 04
Deliver and follow through
We are on site during the event and close with a debrief.
Commitments
One point of contact
From the proposal request to the end of the event, you always speak to the same person.
Scope in writing
The proposal sets out in writing what IVENTS is responsible for and what stays with the client.
Prepared teams
Every team is prepared before the event and supervised on site.
A debrief at the end
After the event we deliver a summary of what went well and what we would change.
Insurance included
Civil liability insurance and personal accident insurance for the teams, on every project.
Shall we talk about your next event?
Tell us what you have in mind. Even if dates, venue or format are still open, a conversation is a good place to start.
