- A search for a space for a cultural moment outside the venue
Solution and key decisions
- General coordination follows the programme, in more than one space.
- Travel, transfers, accommodation and participant logistics sit in the same plan.
- Accreditation, hospitality, catering and technical support follow the conference identity.
The programme includes a later closing dinner.
There is an opening session and a dinner, on the rooftop and in the noble hall, for about 50 people, with a video link. The main day brings about 100 participants together. In a smaller format, in two spaces, the programme brings about 30 people together and includes a dinner.
IVENTS is coordinating production across the programme and these spaces. The work includes travel, transfers and accommodation: flights for speakers and international guests, group accommodation in a Lisbon hotel for about 19 people in 14 rooms, and management of national and international participants. Accreditation uses badges and roll-ups in three layouts. The lectern and the hostesses’ polo shirts are being personalised. Technical support includes an LED wall and a video feed. Catering, coffee breaks and dinners are part of the same work, as is the search for a space for a cultural moment outside the venue.
