Can you organise the whole event?
Yes. We can take the project from concept to execution, or step in only for the components where you need support. The proposal states exactly what sits with us.
Can you work with a venue we have already chosen?
Yes. We adapt the format and the operation to your venue and coordinate with the venue team.
What do you need to prepare a proposal?
The objective of the event, a rough number of participants, the date or period and the city. The rest we work out together.
Can I contact you without a fixed date or budget?
Yes. Many projects start that way. We help define the format and order of magnitude before dates and figures are fixed.
Which areas do you cover?
Lisbon, Porto and the Algarve with our own teams. Elsewhere in Portugal depending on the project, with travel budgeted.
Are the teams insured?
Yes. We work with civil liability insurance and personal accident insurance for the teams.
